Thank for visit my page, I will explain some repair hints for Embroider machines and Laser machines,
Mechanical section parts , we have to keep handy, schedule the lubrication period, and take care for bearings,cams ,hooks, specially fast moving and rotating parts,frame moving belts,main motor belt,and keep the required belt tension,do not miss any lubrication point,and check any abnormal noises from machine and solve it.
Lubrication methods also very important for durability of the machine,don't forget to lubricate any point, and make sure the thickness of the oil for relevant lubrication point.
Electrical (A.C.) supply is very important , for Barudan machines ,we have to provide only three phase and earth to the machine, take care for proper earth, and use starter coil type switch ,this power is directly reaching to the main transformer,and dividing and distributing various voltages to various sections,such as motors, solenoids,electronic boards.
Electronics
This P.C.B. is a BARUDAN M series machine. I would like to offer some major repair hints of the Embroidery machine
First of all you have to make sure the A.C. source, and check whether the A.C. voltage is properly reaching to the machine (main transformer), then check the switch contacts in the main switch, if it is OK then check the out put voltages from the main transformer, which is very important, its need for work varies power circuits, like 5v, 12v -5v, -12v,24v ,36v ,and also some A.C. solenoids (relays) ,after check these all you have to check the D.C. power suppliers ,perhaps it could be a SMPS(switch mode power supply) ,now your power checking is over .
Start the other board checking, C.P.U., Memory, Key board, display,(perhaps display should be LCD or LED,) display drive ,interface ,inverter, stepper motor driver, needle change ,thread detecting .After your checking make sure the all boards were properly connecting to the connecting slots ,then switch on the main controller unit (Auto-mat) and you can see the display and the key indicator lights ,while the machine starts you can hear that solenoids activating sound ,that means ,main controller, interface and solenoid drive boards are working properly , now you have to make sure the other functions like main motor rotation and frame moments ,feed design to machine and set it for drive mode and simply start the machine ,set the speed controller for minimum speed ,now you can see main motor rotation and frame moving slowly ,then increase the speed gradually, that means all are working relevant to machine run ,now you have to check thread breaking sensors and auto-mending and solenoid functions ,make sure all functions before you start the production.

PCB repair is a kind of hobby,but you have to have a knowledge of industrial electronics, you have to learn all in electrical & electronics ,and you need very freedom place to do your repairs ,you should have complete work shop with fully equipment and data books of all components .If you have an Internet connection with PAYPAL or some account for order parts and pay by on line ,which is very easy ,otherwise you have to go out frequently for parts purchase .
Most important thing is parts ,if you have sufficient parts in your stock you can save your time and do more repairs, you have to keep those parts handy
Perhaps you need a part for test something or experiment ,you need it urgently, perhaps you have part but can not find .therefore keep in labelled boxes.
Test instruments are the most valuable thing for electronic engineer ,you have keep them on rack ,with for readymade use, with proper AC plugs and
Testing probes. and use it at least once a month for safe,and need different sizes of soldering irons and bits,if you have a SMD rework station is better.
Keep parts, instruments , tools and data books handy ,its an easy hobby .
